Returns & Refunds

You may withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt — in accordance with Finnish and EU law.

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] within this period.

After that, you have up to 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is defective).

Books must be returned in their original condition — unused, with undamaged appearance and, where possible, original packaging. If the item has been damaged or used beyond what is necessary to assess it, the refund amount may be reduced.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

The right of return does not apply to:

• personalised items
• items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
• digital content where delivery has already begun with your consent

We will notify you of any such cases at the time of ordering.

If an item arrives defective, you are entitled to a refund.

An item is considered defective if it:

• does not match the description
• is damaged
• does not meet the expected quality standard

In such cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.
